When I first decided to run for office in 2009, the campaign and the process was such a growing experience. I faced challenges head on and I truly appreciate all that I have learned over the past three years as a member of the Town Council. My husband Eric and I manage our family just like you do – juggling jobs, kids, homework, finances and schedules. We wouldn’t have it any other way! I have loved serving the Town in various capacities and have worked hard to ensure that Gilbert remains the quality community we all want to raise our families in.
When Eric and I decided that I would run for the Town Council again, we knew that we would be making a sacrifice. However, we know that most of you in the Town of Gilbert make sacrifices everyday, and I decided that I just couldn't leave the work we started three years ago.
Over the past three years, I have been on the front lines fighting on behalf of families and businesses, against tax increases and the encroaching power of unwanted unions. I have worked hard to ensure that Gilbert maintains a high standard of living and that we raise the bar and continue to improve as we grow.
I am overwhelmed by the outpouring of support that I have received from friends, family and the residents of Gilbert. I hope to earn your vote and have the opportunity to work with you for years to come.
I’ll see you on the campaign trail! Together, we can make Gilbert a great place to call home.
All the best,
P.S. Please don’t hesitate to contact me by phone or email, Facebook or Twitter.
I’d love to hear from you!
